Our first official WomansTour day! We were to meet at 1P for our orientation meeting, let it begin. But first Tom and I took a ride to Babola Park. It's a beautiful City park with 17 museums and lots going on, except on Wed when most are closed:-). But we did get to see a political protest to Hillary Clinton. It turns out Bill Clinton was at the Park to give a speech, we missed it.

This was taken last night after our dinner viewing all the wonderful boats. Evelyn, kneeling, was on our Southern Tier trip and has moved from snowy CO to warm and sunny San Diego. Great to see her.
Tomorrow we meet at 7A to begin our ride out of San Diego and climb our way to Alpine.
Found your blog Gail and loving the pics and commentary. It's lovely to know you are with wonderfully supportive and familiar friends on the ride. And some new ones to enjoy getting to know. Glad also that Evelyn found you. Safe cycling :)
