Today was so hard! The tailwind of yesterday was a headwind today! I thought we'd never get to Bishop, but arrive we did. First stop Jack n the Box, we were starved!
At 8.5 miles from Lone Pine was the Manzanar Historic Site. This was one of the Relocation Sites of Japanese people during the war. The museum wasn't open when we got there but we could ride around. Very interesting and sad.

One of our rider's sister has climbed it 4 times! Can you find it? Starting left see the 5 little points then the tall one? You found it! It was just magnificent to look at. We saw such beautiful mountains on the ride in.

My laundry is done, blog almost finished and tomorrow is a day off. How wonderful is this!!
Annoying as they are, just think how strong you are because of those headwinds Gail :) and a day off tomorrow to rest everything. Enjoy!!
