We made our first day's ride! Diane and I got off to a blooming start and spectacularly lasted 1.9 miles before missing our first turn! No worries we turned around and got ourselves heading in the correct direction to Dog Beach for our 2nd group foto.

Just before we left the hotel, our send off party: John, Ann's hubby who actually knows how to load our entire ride into our Garmins, Tom, who made this whole trip possible and fun for me and Wendy, who I think really enjoyed sending us off knowing she was returning home. Thanks to the three of you great folks.
Today's ride was a good kickoff ride and one that I was happy that Sheila, one of our riders, knew the way out of SD, Sheila. My mileage was off due to first missed turn and my Garmin is set for roads not some of the bike paths that we were on. It works wonders on the roads! Thank you John.
